Cuisine

The cuisines the work of Chef Luigi Bergeretto, originally from Rome. He worked extensively with RAI TV and carried out numerous projects abroad, deserving the prestigious “Five star diamond award” as well as others. He then moved to Sardinia, where he built his own restaurant hidden away in the uncontaminated countryside, scattered with huge granite blocks and surrounded by forests of juniper and Holm-oaks. Surprisingly, it is only a short distance from the highly popular centers along the Emerald Coast.

The basic cuisine style is unmistakably Italian and regional, envied by the world, brought into being in its most up-to-date version. Age-old traditions are borne in mind, combined with innovation and creativity to ensure healthy and compatible food with a light touch.

Luigi’s daily symphony of taste and color is a banquet of only the freshest ingredients: deep sea fish, pasture-raised meat, wholesome food produced according to ancient traditions, untouched by chemical fertilizers, additives, feed. The finishing touch to bind it all together is the wine: only the best wines from our well-supplied cellar.

Here the marvelous tastes, highlighted by the exciting perfumes of myrtle and rosemary wafting in from the surrounding Mediterranean vegetation, mingle with the best man and nature have to offer.

Dine far away from the everyday world, either regally under a cascade of blossoms from the overhead bower, near the cool water flowing into the nearby swimming pool; or comfortably nestled in the intimacy of the elegant room, beneath the spectacular beams in the wooden ceiling…this is truly Dining in a world apart from the rest!
