MICHELIN-starred restaurant in San Pantaleo
Il Fuoco Sacro has earned its first MICHELIN Star and excellent ratings in the most prestigious gastronomic guides. The menu is the result of a collaboration between owner Luigi Bergeretto and Alessandro Menditto, a chef from the team of Enrico Bartolini, the Italian chef holding the greatest number of Michelin stars in the world. Menditto was formerly a sous-chef to Donato Ascani at the 2 Michelin-starred Glam in Venice, and Marco Galtarossa at Casual (Bartolini’s restaurant in Città Alta, Bergamo) Alessandro interprets the territory and biodiversity with contemporary flair.
Also open to outside guests, Il Fuoco Sacro boasts a cellar with over 500 wines from all over the world which includes rare and precious labels alongside a selection of top-class small wineries.
Service in the dining room is coordinated by F&B Manager Enrico Zoratto, who heads all three of the resort’s restaurants.
