Traditional dinner at Stazzu Malcusa
Stazzo Malcusa is Petra Segreta’s working farm. Built more than a century ago beneath a spectacular rock formation, it provides the ideal setting for many of the events we organise for our guests, just a few minutes from the resort.
Begin with an aperitif by the Stazzu Malcusa rock, flowed by a convivial dinner under the stars where selected local wines accompany three traditional courses. Cured meats and cheeses are paired with homemade jams and vegetables from the kitchen garden, followed by spit-roasted suckling pig, and a classic local dessert.

Sea view pasta class
In a relaxed and informal atmosphere, a master pasta maker introduces guests to the art of making the traditional fresh pastas of Gallura, including filled pasta such as ravioli and “seadas”. The experience is accompanied by an informal aperitif and rounded off with a three-course lunch, featuring a surprise dish from Chef Alessandro Menditto’s Michelin-starred menu.

A guided tasting in three stages to explore wine as a reflection of culture, land and . We start in Sardinia with its native vines, travel across Italy’s most famed appellations, and finish with an international selection from France to New Zealand and the Napa Valley.
