LESSONS WITH CHEF LUIGI BERGERETTO


Executive Chef Luigi Bergeretto accompanies guests through a journey of discovery of Italian cuisine, of its ingredients and secrets with in-person lessons at Osteria del Mirto.

Don your apron and get ready to create a three-course dinner with produce from our farm and neighbouring producers, while learning about processing methods and cooking techniques directly from the chef.

Classes require a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 participants and are available for both guests of the resort and external clients.

The lesson includes: a three-hour cooking lesson, all the necessary ingredients, and a three-course lunch at the Osteria del Mirto accompanied by wines selected by our sommelier.

Price: €150 per person, VAT and service included. Reservation is mandatory and has to be made at least 24h in advance.

GUIDED TOUR AND TASTING: THE FLAVORS OF STAZZO MALCUSA


A stone's throw from the resort, Stazzo Malcusa hosts the farm and the organic kitchen garden where we produce the ingredients for our cuisine.

Our farm manager accompanies guests to explore the estate, illustrating how we care for our animals, cultivate the garden, and produce the ricotta and cheese that we serve in the hotel – all in the traditional Gallura manner.

At the end of a journey through the greenery of Stazzo Malcusa, amidst medicinal plants and stunning views, you will get to a "conca fraicata", a typical local construction enclosing the cavity of a large rock, where we mature our cured meats and cheeses.
The visit concludes here with a tasting of produce from our farm and the organic garden along with other regional specialities, paired with wines from local producers.
