Experiences at the Estate


Executive Chef Luigi Bergeretto accompanies guests through a journey of discovery of Italian cuisine, of its ingredients and secrets with in-person lessons at Osteria del Mirto.

Don your apron and get ready to create a three-course dinner with produce from our farm and neighbouring producers, while learning about processing methods and cooking techniques directly from the chef.

Classes require a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 participants and are available for both guests of the resort and external clients.

The lesson includes: a three-hour cooking lesson, all the necessary ingredients, and a three-course lunch at the Osteria del Mirto accompanied by wines selected by our sommelier.

Price: €150 per person, VAT and service included. Reservation is mandatory and has to be made at least 24h in advance.
