Stazzo Malcusa


A stone's throw from the resort is Stazzo Malcusa, 60 hectares of fields, rocks and wild Mediterranean scrub surrounding the farm which produces the dairy, organic vegetables and most of the produce used in our cuisine.

At the centre of the estate, a spectacular granite formation houses a conca fraicata (constructed cave, in the local dialect), a natural cavity from which a small house in the typical Gallura style has been carved out. Here we mature the cured meats and cheeses that are served at breakfast and with aperitifs.

An evocative location for private events, corporate events and weddings, Stazzo Malcusa is also available to our guests who can book a visit - via the form on the side or over the phone - and discover how the farm works, visit the kitchen garden and sample the cured meats and cheeses that we make.

Requests via form are intended "subject to availability" and must necessarily be reconfirmed by the hotel to be considered valid.
